We require you to use one of the catering services listed on our current vendor list. If you choose a caterer that is not listed on our list, an additional $500 fee will be charged. This caterer must still be state licensed, insured and sign our caterer requirement policy form, before being allowed to serve at the Manor.

If caterers do not carry a liquor liability policy you must hire a licensed bartending service to serve your alcohol that does carry such a policy. They must provide proof of insurance with Nardini Manor listed as additional insured and must be on file with Nardini Manor prior to event.

Kegs are only allowed if kept behind the bar and not open to public consumption . Any & all alcoholic beverages must be served by caterers or bartending service.

We allow a maximum of 5 hours of alcohol consumption. In the event where overtime is purchased and the reception is scheduled to go longer than 5 hours, the remaining hours must have a closed bar and all alcohol must be removed.

The renter is required to pay 1/2 of the balance due, no later than 6 months prior to the scheduled event, and is required to pay the final balance no later than 30 days prior to the event; unless otherwise stated on the original contract. Also due 30 days prior to the event will be the $200 refundable damage deposit. In the event of a cancellation all monies paid to Nardini Manor are non-refundable and non-transferable with the exception of the $200 damage deposit.
